24 Hours (more or less) of Booty

Wow! I just got back from a wonderful weekend of cycling in beautiful Charlotte, NC. Although the heavens emptied on Friday night, and that was after I had two flat tires, it turned into a day that cyclists dream of, cloudy and cool, on Saturday. 121 total miles for the ride! The day's Dissonant Cognition came in form of "excruciating fun." While it was fun, it was also a tad painful. As I get older I find those experiences less tolerable, but not so much that I won't do the ride again.
